Early spring welcomes us with delicate white and pink almond flowers, and a heady scent of honey. The weather can be cold, so wrap up well and while we light the log fire.

The garden will be open at 13.00 to enjoy a beautiful Can Sueño cocktail or drink of your choice, with spectacular mountain views.
~ 14:00 ~
Welcome from the staff with a decorated glass of sparkling cava from the house, and an explanation of the menu and wines.
To the table, where we will present the starter of the day and serve the wine.
On your table you can find freshly baked home-made bread, ‘ayogi’ and a jug of ‘aqua sueño’.
~ Aperitivo ~
To begin, a small fresh aperitivo to open the palate, savour early spring flavours.
~ Soup ~
Luxuriant, creamy celeriac soup with truffle and toasted hazelnuts.
~ First course ~
Delicate salmon tartar with home-made brioche, smoked at the table with mountain herbs.
~ 30-minute break before the main course to enjoy a wine on the terrace or a short walk in the garden ~
~ Main course ~
Grilled rosemary duck breast with a blueberry and port wine sauce.

Oven baked sea bream with prawns, sweet tomatoes and a saffron sauce All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and a potato garnish.
~ Dessert ~
White chocolate coulant with caramelised pineapple, a toffee dark rum sauce and crunchy spiced almonds.
